How To Copy And Paste Report Page in Power BI

Posted on July 15, 2021July 15, 2021

I think many people are aware that you can copy and paste a visual, but how about copying and pasting an entire report page?

Yes, you can do that for a report page! Though there isn’t a formal way of doing that, but there is an workaround, and it’s really simple.

You first go to the report page that you want to copy and paste.

Type Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C to select and copy all the visuals built in the report. Make sure all the elements are selected.

Go to a different page in which you want to paste your page (visuals), and type Ctrl+V to paste it all!

And that’s it! You successfully copied a page and paste it into another. This also works for the case where the report page exists in a different Power BI file.
